→ Given the demands of the program, we require candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in order to apply. Having said that, exceptions may be made for candidates with extraordinary demonstrable skills.

→ The fellowship is meant to bring together the country’s best talent. If you love our vision and have a good body of work to back your application, we encourage you to apply. → We follows a multi-level interview process. In some cases we might give assignments to assess specific skills.

→ The T-Works Fellowship program is a paid, full time, work-from-office role. We do not have remote assignments under this program. For other opportunities you can visit our careers page or write to careers@tworks.in.

→ The first few weeks will be spent learning about T-Works, the facility, and projects & programs. Fellows will be mapped to a function depending on skills and areas of interest. Fellows may work independently, with existing teams, or take complete ownership of a project or program depending on experience and expertise.

→ We intend to have fellows join us from July 2024. The actual date of joining will be decided based on mutual convenience.

→ Having a degree is not mandatory. We evaluate candidates based on their demonstrable expertise.

→ Candidates should be 18 years and above to apply for the Fellowship.

→ Towards the end of the program there will be a review and discussion with fellows, based on which an offer to convert to a full-time position may be made at the discretion of T-Works.

→ Yes. T-Works and candidates both have the option of terminating the fellowship with a month’s notice
